Ir we look back into the i-iil'tory of our Coun try, we may find many evident Proofs of thetruth of thefe Allertions. And it requires but a little Reflection to thew how much this Principle has proved conducive to the Honour and Intereft of all the-countries, wherein it has been encouraged.
