About the author (2011)

 Born in Coventry, the heart of Britain's motor industry, he come from a family with a proud heritage in engineering, both in the automotive and aviation fields. He trained as a mechanical engineer, and worked at his father's garage before moving into power transmissions.Brian became heavily involved in the classic car scene at 19, and turned to writing by accident. Shortly after, he took up writing full-time. Since 1990, when his  first book was released, he has had more than 20 books published.He is a member of the RJC (Researchers' & Journalists' Conference of Japan), the Guild of Motoring Writers and a former Porsche owner. Brian has a wife, Miho, a son, Louis and a daughter, Sophie Mercedes.
